1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jdlove ("jdlove," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jdlove.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the jdlove Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

jdlove operates and provides its services to eligible players within the Philippines in the context of the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Online gambling involves financial risk, and jdlove strongly encourages all players to engage in responsible gaming at all times.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the jdlove Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law applicable to online casino gaming;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and participating in online gambling is legal at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jdlove or any of its affiliated technology, content, or payment providers;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a player protection order issued by jdlove or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee of any third party.

jdlove is committed to preventing underage gambling. As a condition of enabling withdrawals and certain deposit thresholds, all players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or driver's licence). jdlove reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it has reasonable grounds to query a player's age, identity, or residential address.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on the jdlove Platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect.

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold and operate exactly one (1) jdlove account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where jdlove identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, retain any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, email address, or payment method must be updated in your account profile promptly or notified to jdlove customer support. jdlove is not responsible for failed payment transactions resulting from outdated or inaccurate account details.

3.3 Account Currency

All jdlove accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. jdlove does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies without explicit prior arrangement.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jdlove account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jdlove will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You must notify jdlove customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised. jdlove accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials or failed to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

jdlove strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. All financial transactions — deposits, withdrawals, and payment method changes — are logged and available for review in your account transaction history.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jdlove accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your jdlove wallet in real time for e-wallet methods and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in a hold on your account pending investigation. jdlove reserves the right to return any deposit and suspend the associated account where the source of funds appears to violate applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified jdlove account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification prior to first processing.

jdlove processes withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within sixty (60) minutes of request approval, subject to the processing timelines of the receiving financial institution and any security review requirements. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jdlove complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. jdlove reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where such documentation is not provided or is unsatisfactory. jdlove may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jdlove offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ₱500 per spin or bet round unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided;
• Bonuses expire at the time stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom are automatically removed from the player's account;
• jdlove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the jdlove Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time by professional dealers in a licensed studio environment.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the result recorded on jdlove's server logs, the server log record shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. jdlove's determination of all game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.

jdlove is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a technical error causes a game session to terminate abnormally, jdlove will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session or credit the player's account with the original stake, as appropriate.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdlove Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chip-dumping, gnoming, or any other form of coordinated unfair play across accounts;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using jdlove for money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any Platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdlove staff, contractors, or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jdlove Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and underlying source code — is the property of jdlove or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jdlove. The jdlove name, logo, and associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of jdlove and may not be used without express written permission.

10 Responsible Gaming

jdlove is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all jdlove account holders directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Loss Limits — set a maximum loss threshold per session;
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of play;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict your account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily close your account from all real-money gaming activity.

11 Suspension & Termination

jdlove reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jdlove has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account has been compromised by unauthorised access;
• The player's activity poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance;
• Continued operation of the account would expose jdlove to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• A regulatory authority has directed jdlove to restrict or close the account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jdlove customer support. Upon voluntary account closure with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, jdlove will return your verified wallet balance to your registered Philippine payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed due to Terms violations may be subject to balance forfeiture as detailed in the relevant section above.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdlove's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jdlove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated profits or winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or hardware or software failures, even if jdlove has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jdlove does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. jdlove makes no representation that any particular game outcome is typical of the results players should expect.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of the jdlove Platform — including a game outcome, a payment transaction, or a bonus decision — you should first contact jdlove customer support via live chat, providing your account ID, the relevant game round ID or transaction reference, and a clear description of your complaint. jdlove aims to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by jdlove's customer support team to your reasonable satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to jdlove's Compliance Department by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. The Compliance Department will provide a final written determination within 30 business days.

jdlove's determination on all game outcomes is based on its server-side records, which are the authoritative and definitive record of all activity on the Platform.

14 Privacy & Data

jdlove collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to jdlove's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted in), and regulatory compliance purposes.

jdlove implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and jdlove is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

15 Amendments

jdlove reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jdlove will notify registered players via the registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jdlove Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jdlove's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
